[Paraview] Surface streamlines

I am not sure this could be a help for you or not. What I am doing is: I
have a vector field data say 'Displacement' in anyone of legitimate paraview
file formats. Then just open the file and click Stream Tracer. There are
some options to set for the stream tracer. Of course there is the option for
choosing integration types also. So, if you have your data already in
paraview formats, it should not be difficult for you.
