[Paraview] Is it possible ?

The only possible way I can think of is through the python interface.
You can load the csv file using (client-side) python and manipulate
the object using the properties of it's representation. See
http://paraview.org/Wiki/images/2/26/Servermanager.pdf for an
introduction to scripting.
