[Paraview] reverse connection

[Moreland, Kenneth]

I always use the ParaView GUI or XML to specify the client connections.
In the XML, you change the resource to start with "csrc:" instead of
"cs:".  I don't know how to do it from the command line.  Perhaps Berk
or Alan can speak up here.
