[Paraview] Announcing ParaView 3.2.1 (stable)

It looks like the link to the OS X PPC Unix-style tarball is pointing
to the 3.2.0 version still, but the 3.2.1 version is indeed available
and downloadable (I changed the link manually in my browser to check).
