[Paraview] thanks to all

  Hi

  Finally we have paraview working in parallel in our cluster. The images 
here are the first ones we got (turbulent planar jet simulation, 33.6 
million points). Special thanks to the paraview team, Renato for his input 
on writting ensight files in fortran and all of the mailing list for their 
doubts and answers.
