[Paraview] point ID labels

With ParaView 3.2, you can add point or cell ID labels to selections.
Make a selection and then open the Selection Inspector (View ->
Selection Inspector).  Scroll down to the bottom and use the Display
Style to turn labels on and off.

Paraview 2.6.2 had an option right in the display tab to label the IDs
of all points.  I can't seem to find this option in either 3.0.2 or
3.2.0.  Does anyone know if this is still possible?
