[Paraview] paraview error with vtu binary file on 64-bit computer

Dear Group,

I am getting an error as below when trying to view a generated (using
a c++ code) VTK XML unstructured grid file (binary appended raw
format) on a 64bit machine. But when i generate similar file on 32bit
machine, i have no problem in viewing with paraview.
the error is  like :
ERROR: In /../Build/ParaView3/VTK/IO/vtkXMLUnstructuredDataReader.cxx, line 583
vtkXMLUnstructuredGridReader (0x1acabb0): Cannot read cell offsets
from Cells in piece 0 because the "offsets" array is not long enough.

attached the vtu file. Any help is appreciated.
