[Paraview] Trouble making stream traces

Berk,

Here you go.  Two notes:  the procedure given by Dan Goldstein works for
getting streamtraces out of this data (first run the tetrahedralize
filter), and running the tessellate filter fails as it is not
implemented for this element type (not critical, as the only reason I
was trying it was per David's advice below).
