[Paraview] Missing File for 2.6.0

Hi Kent,

I remembered earlier today that when I built ParaView 2.6.0 on Linux and 
Mac, I turned off VTK_USE_INFOVIS in CMake. I don't remember now what 
the problem was, but this might have been it. See if you can build 
ParaView if you set this variable to OFF.
