[Paraview] Paraview 3 Scalar Color Bar bug

Hi All,

This is when I use the "Show Color Bar" option in Paraview3 , and set the
color map to "Use scalar range from data" . If I increase the range of the
scalars, the color bar updates accordingly but when I decrease the scalar
range it does not update.

The problem becomes very evident if the data has large scalar range say
1-100 and then I change the data to a smaller range say 1-10. The cells with
values 1-10 get colored with the pretty much the same color since the larger
color map is being used.
