[Paraview] Missing File for 2.6.0

Utilities/VTKClientServer/Infovis/vtkBoxLayoutStrategyClientServer.cxx:6:34: 
error: vtkBoxLayoutStrategy.h: No such file or directory

I couldn't find this file in this directory either and I looked in both 
the source tree and the build tree.

cmake version 2.4-patch 6
gcc 4.1.1
Fedora Core 5

Is the missing file supposed to be in the distribution?
