[Paraview] Make Of 2.4.4 Fails on Tru64

ParaView 2.4.4 fails during make on a Tru64 system with this message:

Make: Cannot open
Utilities/SPCTH/CMakeFiles/SPCTH.dir/Utilities/SPCTH/CMakeFiles/SPCTH.dir/depend.make. 

   Stop.
======

The given path seems to be wrong - several parts are there twice. The
second Utilities directory doesn't exist. Using cmake 2.4.6.

Suggestions?
