[Paraview] Custom Reader FileName - fixed

Thanks, Jean and Clint. I verified that "SetFileName" is getting the
correct value now. I'll follow up on where it is getting lost after
that.

Changing it to FileListDomain is indeed the correct fix.
And its intentional that the filename box disappear from the GUI (now
that 
ParaView recognizes it correctly).

I guess investigating the freeze is your next step, as I was not able to

reproduce it with the simple plugin code you provided.
