[Paraview] Building ParaView 3 with new reader

Hi all

I generated build files at CMake and openned Visual C++ 2005 Express
Edition. When I selected the solution "ParaView", iniside the directory
CMake built the binaries,  Visual Studio openned 113 projects but I could
not see the project regarding to my reader. Was I supposed to have the new
reader´s project ? Or I just need to build the ALL_BUILD project?
