[Paraview] Cannot View PV3 Wiki

I can go to www.paraview.org/Wiki/ParaView, login, and edit a few of my wiki 
pages as expected. However, when I try to go to

    www.paraview.org/ParaView3/index.php/Default_Color_Map

the wiki

   - prompts me to login again or create an account
   - when I click on "Create Account" it instead redisplays the login prompt

I've looked at the color map page before (and bookmarked it) so something has 
changed. I've also tried searching for that page from 
www.paraview.org/ParaView3 to no avail.
