[Paraview] ParaView 3 Compile Issues [CVS Head]

Hi Mike,
I've put some compilation instructions for paraview 3 (3.0.2) on MacOSX
activating MPI at [1]. It builds cleanly with the same versions as you
describe (except that I'm on OS X 10.4.10). It also builds
paraview.app fine.
But maybe I don't activate some CMake options that you do need and that
makes the difference?
I haven't tried without MPI, but I can't see a reason why it would be
more difficult to compile *without* MPI support.
Regards,
Marc
