[Paraview] Undefined glXGetProcAddressARB

So as a general comment, the "hiding" of opengl is always a pain in the
rear. At Sandia we compile the mesa library so that the library name
actually reflects the fact that's it's a Mesa based library (instead of
having the library have the same name as the opengl library), this also
helps run time load issues....
