[Paraview] InitializeTcl failed/no $DISPLAY environment variableerrors (paraview on intel mac)

David,

thanks for the advice.  unfortunately, none of the changes work.

still get the error that i cant connect to whatever i set my display as

frustrating but hopefully im getting somewhere
