[Paraview] 2-D plot question

Hi there,
I have some 3D structured  data for an irregularly shaped object (ie, full
of curves). I'd like to create a 2-D line plot for some cell centered scalar
variables along a curvilinear segment of my mesh, say I = 1:IMAX, J =1, K=1
.Would it be possible to create a 2-D line plot of the scalars along the
this curvilinear segment  using ParaView?
