[Paraview] Paraview & VTU FILE & FORTRAN

Has someone successfully generated a .vtu file (vtk 
unstructured file in xml sintax and binary format) by a 
fortran code?
XML ascii format has been successfully used but the binary 
one dosen't work...
I tried "unformatted" fortran file with either sequential 
access or direct access, but it doesn't work. I also tried 
either LittleEndian or BigEndian.
Any tips are welcome.
