[Paraview] Parallel build problems

Berk/Orion,
I see the same thing on of our clusters.  A rebuild (not from scratch)
always fixes it.  But, the point, it is repeatable.

Sorry, should have stated, paraview 3.2.1 and cmake 2.4.8-RC-4.
