[Paraview] Cannot View Wiki

A nice discussion of colormaps at

http://www.paraview.org/ParaView3/index.php/Default_Color_Map

is no longer publicly viewable. Instead the wiki asks that I create an account.

But clicking on "create account" just takes me back to the login screen. 
Nothing I do creates a new account.

Is this the way it is supposed to work?
