You have added all 4 cylinders (2 sources and 2 transforms) to the group
filter.  Because they are part of the group, they show up in the output.

By the way, I assume that both cylinder sources are identical.  If that
is the case, then you really only need one cylinder source.  You can
just 2 transform filters to the same cylinder source, and each will have
its own output.
