[Paraview] vtkNetCDF help

I've just picked up this message and the one you sent earlier to the 
netCDF list. I'm on Holiday at the moment and will reply tomorrow when I 
have a spare minute. Looking quickly, it looks like you've got the PV3 
xml and you are using pv2.6. I'll check.
