[Paraview] paraview 3.1.0 on OS X 10.4.10

You should have a paraview.app directory in the bin directory.  That is a
Mac package.  If you browse to it with finder, it will look like a file
rather than a directory, and if you double click it, it will launch
ParaView.  Alternatively, you can run "open paraview.app" in the terminal to
launch ParaView.
