[Paraview] Unable to complie ParaView3 with openmpi

[Berk Geveci]

Those symbols are from the C++ bindings of MPI. ParaView doesn't require the
C++ bindings but something in the openmpi library must. You have add that
library to MPI_EXTRA_LIBRARY.
