[Paraview] build just one of paraview apps, e.g. pvclient

We are currently using cmake 2.4.3.  We have been up to date for 3
months or so.

I am pretty sure we are using oldish (2.2 or earlier sakes alive!)
verisons of cmake. We should probably update...

Actually, I misunderstood Alan's question in the first place. It is
possible to 
make pvclient
if you are using cmake 2.4.X. I tested this on the cvs version of
paraview. It should also work with paraview 2.4.
