[Paraview] build just one of paraview apps, e.g. pvclient

Actually, I misunderstood Alan's question in the first place. It is possible
to
make pvclient
if you are using cmake 2.4.X. I tested this on the cvs version of paraview.
It should also work with paraview 2.4.
