[Paraview] Contributing Code

I'd like to contribute a VTK module I've written that adds a new visual method to ParaView. The notes at

   http://public.kitware.com/VTK/contribute.php

seem to be slightly out of date. For example, they point to vtkEarthSource as an example but that class does not have a "Thanks" field anywhere and refers the reader to a non-existent copyright page.

Is there a better source for this information?
