[Paraview] PV 64bit binary for Windows

A colleague of mine was able to get a 64-bit version of ParaView running on
Windows XP64.  He had to split it into 2 parts.  The GUI was compiled
32-bits and the server was compiled with 64-bits.  The compiler he used was
Visual Studio 2005.
