[Paraview] animation in batch scripts

Perhaps I'm not understanding your question, but if you're able to name the 
files with sequential numbers:

filename_0001.jpg
filename_0002.jpg
..

then in the worst case Gimp can be used to easily create an animation from the 
sequence of images.
