[Paraview] Linking Paraview with already installed libraries

My 2 cents.

(I also use Debian).

1) My paraview is statically linked with all VTK libs;
2) I checked "BUILD_SHARED_LIBS" to on. I guess if you uncheck it, you
won't have VTK libs installed on your HD.
