[Paraview] Cave Display

Hello !

After struggling a long time with cave module , i come to the
conclusion that opening more than one display with paraview seems
impossible even tdx=2 crashes 
and using the cave.pvx cave rending module it also crashes or shows up
only on one screen.
So i just have to work on one screen maybe i can try dmx (xinerama wont
work on sgi prism)
