[Paraview] Building Paraview; spawning error

Hi Shawn,

I just finished trying to reproduce the problem on a machine here 
that has VS 6.0 installed. I used ParaView 2.4.3 instead of the CVS 
version, but I could not the problem you describe; when I ran the 
INSTALL target, it completed with no errors.
