[Paraview] Error in INSTALL while compiling Paraview

Hi I am a new Paraview user trying to build Paraview from source.
The process works fine (CMake, building Paraview etc) until I run INSTALL
(the project workspace file in VC++).
I get the following output, with some type of spawning error...

Does anyone know why it this file, C:/Program Files/ParaView
2.4/source/binaries/bin/Debug/paraview.exe,
was not found/created?
It is not located in this folder so I believe perhaps it is a problem with a
previous step that did not return an error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
