[Paraview] Paraview fails to run, after Visual Studio 2005 build.

Paraview still does not run. It throws "Expression: sequence not ordered", I
think line 859 in UpdateVtkObjects() (vtkSMProxy.cxx) is the culprit.
I am using the most recent CVS and I did a clean CMake and build.
