[Paraview] STL, Template, Vector, Map and vtkWrapClientServer

Kent,
I've found the solution to one problem.
I've puted

protected:
  vtkArrayMap<int, vtkHMTreeElement*> TreeNode;

between tags //BTX and //ETX.

However, I diddin't found solution to name the class.
All them need have vtk prefix.

I didn't make none change into paraview code, only in external codes (Import
Package).
I don't have other version of ParaView.
I' ve used GNU 4.o compiler too.
