[Paraview] plotting of discrete points

dear all ,

I am trying to plot discrete array points each number being assigned a
different attribute , not the grid but the numbers on the point of
intersection of grids. is there any way by which i can do it .

   0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0
   2  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  2  0  0
   0  0  0  0  2  0  0  0  0  0  0  0
   0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0
   0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0
   2  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0
   0  0  0  0  1  0  0  0  0  0  0  2
   0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0
   0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  2
   2  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0
   0  0  0  0  0  0  0  2  0  0  0  0
   0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0  0

the above set has 12 X 12 grids. and the numbers 1 and 2 are assigned a
different atttribute and 0 none.
