[Paraview] Problem running Paraview with mpirun

I'm getting an error message when I attempt to run Paraview with 
mpirun.  The error is as follows:

% mpirun -np 2 -machinefile mpihosts ./paraview

Cannot find MPIRUN machine file for machine vapi_multirail
and architecture LINUX .
(No device specified.)

Can someone help me with this?
