[Paraview] extract probe data

Currently, SaveAsCSV cannot save the Y or Z components of the points. It
can only save the X component. (look at vtkXYPlotActor::PrintAsCSV in
ParaView/VTK/Hybrid/vtkXYPlotActor.cxx)
