[Paraview] December snapshot of ParaView III

Berk,
	thanks for the update. I get the following error when trying on my  
powerpc 10.4 OSX mac.

dyld: Library not loaded: /Users/kitware/Software/QtBin/lib/ 
QtXml.framework/Versions/4.0/QtXml Referenced from: /Applications/ 
paraview_alpha.app/Contents/MacOS/assistant.app/Contents/MacOS/ 
assistant Reason: image not found
Qt Assistant crashed.

after opening a PVD file.

presumably an issue with which Qt libraries are in the mac bundle
