[Paraview] new features for the calculator

Sorry, it's a wish, not an announcement :)

I had to compute some values on streamline so I used the Calculator
tool. It's a wonderful tool but missing some features I needed :

 - a d/dx, d/dy and d/dz operator
 - a max and min operators
 - a coordinate, (x,y,z), field (which exists in Paraview III :)  

To do my computation I hacked the vtkStreamTracer.cxx to add the
fields I needed (dP/dx, dU/dx, dU/dy). But I'm sure it is not the
best way to do.
