[Paraview] Reading a Stack of Images

Mike,
A solution would be to create a stack of your BMP/TIFF/JPEG images with 
the opensource software ImageJ (http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/) as "raw 
data" and then open it with paraview. It's very fast and quite easy.
