[Paraview] visualizing line widths

I found by experimenting, that the filter works only with the nodal
values, whereas I tried cell values before. I am glad with the results,
although it's a bit confusing, as the widths given per cell should be
visualized here as well (constant width over the segment as opposed to
scaling when the nodal values are used).
