[Paraview] File format for reading binary data in parallel

Hello, All.

 Which file-format should I choose when I want to read binary data (StructuredGrid)
 in paralle ?

 A .vts file can include binary parts, but I think it must be base64-encoded format.

 Is it better to use Ensight-format?
