[Paraview] creating a ParaView 2.4 branch

Hi Everyone,

We are intending to create a branch of the ParaView CVS tree 
(including VTK) for the 2.4 release of ParaView either Thursday or 
Friday of this week.  Please limit your CVS commits to things that 
are broken on the dashboard.  I will send out another e-mail when the 
branch has been cut.
