[Paraview] Tiling configuration? + Stereo

Further to the questions about Tiling, if stereo support was enabled on 
each node - in principle a large stereo screen would be possible -

if using CrystalEyes stereo glasses
1) Would the V-sync of each monitor need to be synchronized
2) If so is there an easy way to do this?
3) If not, is there some other way to do this?
