I am still in the process of collecting a list of features and bug fixes
for the ParaView 2.0 release, but here is what I have so far.
- The volume rendering editor has been completely reworked.
- Several fixes have been made to quadratic cells, especially for clip and
cut to work properly.
- vtkDataSetSurfaceFilter now properly removes internal faces for
penta/hexa wedges.
- The animation interface has been completely reworked. Now it supports
keyframe animation. There is a "record" mode that stores and plays back
user operations. There is also a "real-time" playback mode so that the
actual length of the animation can be specified, not just the length of
time between frames.
- Sliders now allow users to edit values outside the current range.
- The connection (for connecting and disconnecting in client/server mode)
button is now working.
- An "invalid operation value" has been added the calculator.
