I think I found out what was the problem...
I was trying to compile the source files provided in zip format in a Linux
system. In reality, Linux systems are able to unzip files compressed in zip
format without any problem, but I think these source files was generated in
a DOS system, thus they aren't suitable for like-Unix systems.

There were no changes in the Utilities/TclTk directory between 1.8.3 and
1.8.5. If you are still able to duplicate the problem please send me
the broken version of build_tcltk.sh and the working one.
