[Paraview] Macro test

Thank you for your detailed description of your problem. I believe the
reason for it is that that macros are currently designed to only be
applied to readers of the same type. So trying to apply a macro made
from .vtk on a .vtu dataset wouldn't work (though it still shouldn't
hang like that).  

I've fixed this so that you can now use macros on reader's of different
types (not just different readers of the same type). We'll see how this
works out.
